Over the course of the last several weeks, I have had the opportunity to bake many cakes for people and I have realized that my love for being in the kitchen is stronger than I thought. Whether it's cooking for my family, baking a cake for a customer, or catering a party, I am so happy and content when in the kitchen. It brings me such joy and pleasure to be able to prepare home cooked meals for people and it makes me even more happy to see them eat and enjoy it. I have been blessed ten times over with this gift. Each time I get in the kitchen, I learn something new and I perfect my craft. If it weren't for my wonderful hubbie puching me to do this, I may not have realized my true love for cooking and baking.
